Legal notice on lotteries and prize draws

Any claim for compensation by people who do not succeed in the lottery or prize draw shall be excluded. Cash payment instead of material prizes is not possible. In case you win, the prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or deferrable. Anyone who participates in the same lottery more than once might be excluded from the prize draw. The determination of the winners, and the manner in which (receipt of the email before a specified date, correctness of the answers, drawing by lot etc.) to do so, is in the discretion of the SOPHIST GmbH. Only those persons are entitled to participate in the prize draw who are aged 18 and have not already received a prize within the last four weeks.
