Requirements Management – From chaos to order
Requirements management is about establishing defined processes in order to be able to handle the innumerable number of requirements which are the trademark of complex projects. Changes in the requirements are only manageable through RM-methods. RM-tools will provide support for these management processes.
As part of our trainings or in coaching-projects, the SOPHISTs will demonstrate – of course independent of any particular tool – which methods are best suited to manage the requirements in your project.
If you’re already working with a specific tool: no problem – we know all of the most commonly used tools on the market and we can adapt our trainings and recommendations accordingly.
