In-house training sessions are company-internal training courses, either preconfigured or tailored to the particular needs of your team. The training can consist of individual training modules which we have specified together, or you choose one of our preconfigured training courses. You can combine our in-house training sessions with workshops or trainings on the job.
Free consulting
We offer free consulting services to you at any time: On +49 (0) 911 / 40 900 - 0 we will provide you with a trainer for free, supporting you in your requirements analysis without obligation and helping you to choose your individual training from 115 professional training modules. Of course, you are also welcome to complete our contact form with your questions and wishes or simply send us an email at training@sophist.de: Our training management will gladly assist you.
Online feedback
The feedback of our training participants is really important for the further development of our training programs and is continuously being integrated into the training concepts. All of our training participants are asked to submit their personal feedback online. May we also ask you to pass on your comments (German-language)?
Quality assurance
Our trainers acquire their competence through project work and by solving actual problems occurring in industry. The methods that we are employing as consultants at the customer are those we are teaching in our training. The update of our professional knowledge is based on the close cooperation with universities and supported through our in-house research department. The social and trainer-specific skills of our trainers are broadened through regular train-the-trainer sessions and personality-building training measures.

Workshop
A workshop describes a didactically worked out exercise example by the SOPHISTs. It ensures the transfer of know-how and turns newly gained specialised knowledge into professional skills that are easily applicable in practice.
Training on the job
Training on the job describes a training module where you, the customer, give us an example from which SOPHIST will elaborate exercises. This example can be carried out in addition to, or instead of, a workshop and may for example refer to your concrete project environment.
Neutrality of tools
All of our trainings sessions are, of course, 100 percent tool-neutral, unless a tool name is included in the name of the training. However, if you want to adapt the training to include a specific tool, you are welcome to contact us.
