I am a SOPHIST since 2001 and the last years have led me to the conclusion that communication is the key to (customer) satisfaction in most cases.My favourite work is “identifying improvement potentials” and “reusing” good requirements. Or as mean people might say: I enjoy being a know-it-all and being lazy. I carry out research in the field of documentation methods and I am there solving practical problems by renewing and adapting established tools and documentation types.

Personal interests:
I love any kind of games - the faster and more diversified, the better. I welcome incomplete rules of games as they give me the space for new (well, I admit, mostly outrageous) interpretations, leading to a clear advantage in the game in my favour. Again, mean people might call it “cheating”;-)
