I am a certified management assistant for office communication and responsible for running the office at SOPHIST. I work in the administration, I am your contact person at the telephone exchange and I am organising and planning the travel and accommodation arrangements for our trainers and consultants. In addition to the above, I am concerned with accounting, accounts payable and receivable and travel expenses for projects and trainings. My tasks also include the preparation of trainings.
