My qualifications are further enhanced by a Master's degree in Business Coaching & Mediation, alongside certifications in systemic coaching and constellation facilitation.

Outside of my professional endeavors, I pursue personal interests that include gardening and motorcycle touring, which provide me with a balanced lifestyle. My commitment to community service is exemplified by my active participation in the local volunteer fire brigade, where I contribute as an engineer. Committed to lifelong learning, I continuously seek opportunities to advance both my professional capabilities and personal growth. Currently, I am focused on augmenting my expertise through training to become a certified agile coach, underscoring my dedication to staying at the forefront of industry trends and methodologies.
