I joined the SOPHISTs in the fall of 2003 after completing my geography studies. Since my turnaround to become a requirements engineer, I have been responsible for the digitization of business processes as well as the analysis of products as a trainer and senior consultant. It doesn't matter whether my clients follow classical or agile development approaches or use artificial intelligence. In addition, my research focus is on the area of organizational development in the field of requirements engineering/systems engineering using agile transformation.
Personal
I pass the time with good books, mountain biking and soccer. When the weather is nice, there is only one motto for me: Get out into nature!
