In many cases, when new strategies are introduced, questions, problems and unclear points surface only once those new strategies are being practically applied. Our experienced consultants assist you as coaches during these organizational change-projects and can therefore help to effectively bridge and soften the effect of the transfer phases where the applied methods are still in flux and uncertain. The sensation of being overwhelmed after a training can thereby be avoided. Also, our coach provides a practical guide how to solve a problem or complete a task in a systematic way. Whether supporting a project for a group or individual persons, as individual coaching for a specific role, a coaching-workshop or coaching-assistance for a methods department, there are several different possible forms of coaching.

Course of a coaching

The content of every coaching is initially discussed with the participant and/or his/her supervisor in a kick-off-meeting. What are the goals of the coaching? In which thematic field is the coaching situated? What are the specific forms of support that is needed? During the coaching process, our consultant assists with every question or problem either in one-on-one or group discussions, through reviews of the individual work phases, with practical examples of case studies or short-termed feedback cycles. Every coaching should ideally take place over a prolonged period of time in order to facilitate the sustainability of the coaching. However, our coach’s effort will steadily decrease over time until the coaching concludes with a closing discussion.
