As a consultant and product owner, I have been working in the field of requirements engineering for a long time. The solutions for the automotive, fashion and sports sectors have always included systems that support the workflow of the users, automate processes and process data.
The way to these solutions especially in direct cooperation with the customers and the teams is a lot of fun for me: working out problem or goal descriptions and creating requirements from them; working out technical solutions with the development team; presentation and acceptance of specifications, delivery of milestones and final solutions as well as trainings are only a few points on the way to the goal.
The last five years in project work have been accompanied by a transformation to more agile working methods. The core of this change was initially our small Scrum team. Gradually, however, we have also introduced and trained the various business teams to the agile way of working, roles and tools. Besides this practical experience, I am also certified as a Product Owner, Scrum Master and Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering - Foundation Level.

Personal

Besides city tours and camping vacations with the family, I regularly try to lure the bastard out to do sports: Yoga, horseback riding and most recently inline skating are my favorites at the moment.
