Consulting & Training

I am a consultant, coach and trainer at SOPHIST and specialize in linguistic and model-based methods in requirements engineering and systems engineering. I support customer projects, consult, coach and train employees in companies of various disciplines. My area of responsibility includes methods of linguistic analysis as well as requirements models or their combination (STABLE methodology). In addition, I work as a business analyst in business process analysis. I work with all process models, starting with waterfall up to agile processes like Scrum. Furthermore, I deal with the creation of acceptance criteria/test cases in the context of requirements and systems engineering. Often in my customer projects the focus is on defining processes, methods and tools in terms of transformation and organizational development of requirements engineering / systems engineering. In doing so, I create method building kits specifically adapted to the customer's situation and thus accompany a sustainable implementation strategy. Internally at SOPHIST, I take on the role of innovation manager for our innovation projects and support the technical training of our new SOPHISTs.
